Dear NC Delegate:

Congratulations are due to our first newly elected green in 2007,
Hillary Weeks. 

She was elected today as Burlington Inspector of Elections Ward 3 in
Vermont. 

According to the Vermont Guardian:

"...Hillary Weeks became the first member of the Green Party elected to
office in the Queen City. Weeks ran unopposed for a three-year term as
an inspector of elections in the city's Ward 3. She is also the first
female Green Party member elected to office in Vermont."

Congratulations Hillary!
